US Navy

1 The Navy provides carrier support for the 5 illegal wars and other areas of
violence of this regime which bombs animals, birds, fishes, and trees as well as the more wellknown deaths of children, other civilians, and people in general. Some of the areas in which Obama for his handlers is killing animals are Afghanistan, Pakistan, Iraq, Libya, Yemen, the Philippines, Colombia.
The Navy has subjected primates to chair confinement for months at a time, causing despair,
cramping as baboons were forced to sleep and defecate sitting up in chairs. Bethesda Naval Hospital indirectly helped primates since
its inflicting of pain on primates caused PM Indira Gandhi
to cancel monkey export to the US. (The Navy had violated
the treaty with India not to use animals in military research.)
Navy causes dolphin, whale and other marine creature deaths through sonar and through propellers
and was sued by 3 groups.
4 Their jet bombers launched from aircraft carriers kill animals.
5 They have used dolphins as weapons carriers.
6 Now they are giving sheep painful deaths
from the bends.
(The Univ of Wisconsin
a. is cooperating in the sheep torture
b. has also tortured primates
c and for the Justice Dept.,
has tasered pigs.)

7. The Navy has caused confined
dolphins they researched upon to
kill themselves slamming their
heads against confining pools
rather than continue. Professor
Lilly’s Day of Dolphin was a book and movie about this.

8. Navy promotes brutal rodeo

When animal rights groups found out that the Navy and Univ of Wisconsin were causing
painful bends deaths in sheep,
PETA responded to the latest atrocity with creative use of law

It started when prosecutors in Madison, Wis., declined to pursue University of Wisconsin officials and researchers whose test subjects, three sheep, inadvertently died of the bends during U.S. Navy-financed experiments aimed at helping submariners.

Two animal-rights groups, Alliance for Animals and People for the Ethical Treatment of Animals, seized on a little-invoked state law to aid their case. The law allows citizens to petition a judge to order prosecutions when there’s probable cause to believe a law has been violated and when a district attorney has refused to issue a complaint.

At a hearing, an attorney for the animal groups asked a Wisconsin judge to order a special prosecutor to file civil charges against the university employees for killing animals using decompression. The judge said she would issue a ruling later this month.

In other states, lawyers have used foreclosure laws to secure liens on horses, dogs and other pets of people charged with abuse to seize the animals
